> Synopsis :

“My favourite part in a movie is the beginning. When everything is possible, when the guy and the girl don’t already know each other, when you know something will be changed but you can’t guess how”. Odile is 32, Spanish and lives in Madrid. One day she decides to leave all behind to go in France, her mum’s motherland.

As a recorded diary, the director talks about six month of her life and looks for some answers about love and identity.

> Director’s Biography :

I was born in Oviedo, a town of the northern Spain, in 1973. Francisco Franco, the dictator, still has 2 years to live. I come from a republican family therefore they always agree with my searches. After Oviedo, I lived in Salamanca, Madrid, Angouleme and Poitiers. I have already worked as a scriptwriter for the TV. I realized a full-length documentary for my studies in Poitiers, called “Comme le sable”….

Odile is also the creator of a project called “Les 100 jours” (100 days before and about the election of the French president) which finalized the creation of an association for whom she works (Les Yeux D’IZO).
